Complete the 30-hour SCREC-approved Property Management course covering the fundamentals and principles of property management. If you plan to pursue a Property Manager-in-Charge license, you can also complete the additional 7-hour PMIC course.
Apply for Exam Eligibility
Submit Your Application to SCREC
After completing the required property management education, apply to the South Carolina Real Estate Commission for approval to take the licensing exam. Once your application is approved, SCREC will send your examination eligibility information so you can register with PSI.
